We use mainstream couriers (usually Interlink Express or DPD) to deliver and collect the machines at the end of a booking.
We usually get a one hour delivery window which we pass on to you via text and e-mail. The collections don't usually have the window though unfortunately.
We have no control over the delivery or collection timings as that will depend on where you sit on the courier van drivers route.
If you have access restrictions such as stairs, locked external doors we need to know about this after you place the booking so that we can inform the courier.
If the courier driver cannot get to you because of access restrictions it will require a further payment to have them re-attempt the delivery.
We can arrange to have the machine delivered to or collected from your place of work if that suits you.
Yes we are more than happy to have customers collect and drop off machines directly from us and that will save you £40 which are the courier fees. This is by prior arrangement and we will give you a discount code to use when you place your booking.
We are based in Derbyshire.
We have no control over the deliver drivers as they are a third party service. They do not call you when they attempt to make the delivery so you will need to be available when they call.
Unfortunately due to problems with hotel deliveries in the past we are unable to offer this service.
